PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

SBI is looking for a Procurement Specialist to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the procurement process.

  • Order materials, furnishings and finishes for ongoing projects.

  • Item and budget management on Project Management software Design Docs.

  • Create detailed client purchase proposals and invoices.

  • Process vendor payments and purchase orders.

  • Track orders and deliveries.

  • Schedule deliveries and installations.

  • Troubleshoot any order and delivery issues.

  • Communicate with SBI team and vendors and reps.

Requirements:

  • Organized and High Attention to Detail

  • Strong communication skills via phone and email.

  • Ability to learn and utilize project management systems.

  • Team Player, Flexible and Friendly.

  • Familiarity with interior design processes and the Design Docs software is an asset.

Location: Toronto OR Ontario remote.

Schedule:

Contract-based hourly position.

  • 10-12 hours/week to start with the opportunity to grow into the role.

  • Flexible schedule, but must be available via phone and email Monday - Friday.

  • Competitive hourly wage.
