PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST
SBI is looking for a Procurement Specialist to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the procurement process.
Order materials, furnishings and finishes for ongoing projects.
Item and budget management on Project Management software Design Docs.
Create detailed client purchase proposals and invoices.
Process vendor payments and purchase orders.
Track orders and deliveries.
Schedule deliveries and installations.
Troubleshoot any order and delivery issues.
Communicate with SBI team and vendors and reps.
Requirements:
Organized and High Attention to Detail
Strong communication skills via phone and email.
Ability to learn and utilize project management systems.
Team Player, Flexible and Friendly.
Familiarity with interior design processes and the Design Docs software is an asset.
Location: Toronto OR Ontario remote.
Schedule:
Contract-based hourly position.
10-12 hours/week to start with the opportunity to grow into the role.
Flexible schedule, but must be available via phone and email Monday - Friday.
Competitive hourly wage.
